Training is available for individual users or groups.  This can be in the form of structured workshops to learn various titles such as:

Microsoft Outlook

Microsoft Word

Microsoft Excel

Microsoft Access

Microsoft Powerpoint

Digital Picture Manipulation

 

I am a registered Invigilator for both ECDL (European Computer Driving Licence) and Advanced ECDL with the BCS

 (British Computer Society)

I can also do a "hand-holding" service to help you perform upgrades, install new software & hardware, format your drive etc. You can do the upgrade, but I can help you if you get into difficulties. This is a good way of learning for the future.
